Art & Personal Leadership, Module I-III, is all about a new type of personal leadership.

 

To me, personal leadership is how you show up in this world. We all have a personal leadership and the agency to create change. It has nothing to do with a title and hierarchies. We all resonate and impact each other. We are entangled with fellow humans and other species in uncontrollable ways.

 

Humans really need to reconsider their position in the world. Reciprocity and regeneration are answers. All of us play roles in the transition to a sustainable future.

 

Artists have a lot to offer. I believe in the need for new stories, deeper reflections, greater empathy, critical thinking, decolonization of the mind, and the use of all our imaginary skills in dreaming and growing new futures.

 

Art & Personal Leadership awakes inner longings and courage to walk new paths and aims at a heart centered leadership that cares deeply for the planet and all its species, human and more-than-human.

Module I is a prerequisite for no. II and III. After no. I, you can choose freely.

 

MODULE I

Ecological Entanglements – is an introduction to artistic thinking and Spiritual Ecology. It is a caring push towards the development of your own practice and leadership as well as an ignition of your courage.

 

MODULE II

Energetic Streams – is a retreat on the island of Møn with artist Lea Porsager. The retreat will be circling around energy and how energies can be used in your practice. It is all about being and connecting to yourself.  

 

MODULE III

Sensuous Enchantments – focuses on the sensuous, the poetic, on presence and feminine leadership. We will dive deeper into the development of your practice and leadership and immerse ourselves in sensuous and meditative meetings with artists and the natural world.
